:: How does Bukas Sarili intend to reach its beneficiaries?
Bukas Sarili's education program seeks to enable to provide funds to enable
deserving individuals to avail of and complete a tertiary education through
two sources: internally generated funds or through support of qualified corporate
partners.
Our Educational Supervisory Committee has since established linkages with
educational institutions starting with the Office of Admission and Aid of the
Ateneo de Manila University.
Bukas Sarili Foundation Scholarship For the Academic Year 2001-2002, Bukas Sarili is funding one college
scholar at the Ateneo de Manila University. The Foundation sees in its
scholar the embodiment of the ideals and vision it seeks to uphold.
The Educational Supervisory Committee builds and maintains a solid and
nurturing friendship with its scholar hopefully to last even beyond the
campus days.
Small Steps Foundation Scholarship For the Academic Year 2001-2002, the Small Steps Foundation has
partnered with Bukas Sarili by funding one college scholar at the
Ateneo de Manila University. For its part, Bukas Sarili will handle
the academic and scholar relationships.
Mirant Education Study Mirant has commissioned Bukas Sarili to conduct a study investigating
the various possible education interventions for large corporations.
These aspects cover teacher training, professorial chairs, curriculum
upgrades, physical plant upgrades, book donations, and scholarships.
