Pledge Launch
Bukas Sarili's Pledge Program was officially launched last 6 September 2003. The Pledge Program was formed to provide a steady monthly supply of funds for the PGH Internal Medicine Wards. Pledges are preferred over one-time donations because it presents a better projection of future cash flow. Since a solicitor obtains "permission" from the donor to collect a minimal monthly amount over a period of time, it seeks a way around "donor fatigue". Through our Pledge Program, Bukas Sarili allots a monthly P10,000 fund for the benefit of the PGH IM ward patients. Through a system, doctors can tap this fund for their patients' therapeutic needs. Let's work together to give the PGH charity wards more. Better yet, let's work harder to raise that monthly amount from P10,000 to P30,000 |
